Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TBLSoftwares.com and its products, including TBL Appraiser (the "Services"), operated by The BizLaunch Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16874431.
By signing in to any Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use the Services
You may use the Services if you are 18 or older, have been granted access by an administrator (currently invitation-only), and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may grant, deny, extend, or revoke access at our discretion.
2. What the Services do
TBL Appraiser is a software assistant for NHS medical appraisers. It helps you read portfolio content on the SARD platform, draft RO-safe appraiser comments in first-person voice, and organise evidence and deliverables on your own computer.
The Services never:
- Click Save, Submit, or Complete on SARD on your behalf.
- Make clinical judgments or sign off on an appraisal.
- Send emails without your explicit review and Send click.
- Upload patient-identifiable evidence to any third-party cloud.
You remain fully responsible for the content and clinical accuracy of every comment you post to SARD, all final appraisal decisions, and compliance with GMC, NHS England, and Responsible Officer guidance.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the Services only for lawful NHS medical appraisal work.
- Keep your Google Sign-In credentials secure.
- Not share your access with others.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Services.
- Respect patient confidentiality.
4. Intellectual property
We own the Services, including all software, branding, and documentation. You own the content you create using the Services. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services while your access is active.
5. AI-generated content
Parts of the Services use Anthropic's Claude to draft suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. You must review and edit every AI suggestion before posting it to SARD or sending any email. The BizLaunch Ltd accepts no liability for AI output that you have accepted without review.
6. Availability
The Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific response times, or that any particular feature will remain available.
7. Fees
During the current preview period the Services are free to invited users. We may introduce pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time via hello@tblsoftwares.com. We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The BizLaunch Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
